Rosoka and Helyx Partnership Leads to Successful Proof of Concept Demonstration

HERNDON, VIRGINIA, APRIL 18, 2016 - On March 31st 2016 Helyx announced completion of a project for the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl), part of the UK’s Ministry of Defence (MOD), that effectively combined Rosoka’s Natural Language Processing (NLP) software with Microsoft SharePoint and Esri’s ArcGIS. It provides a modular, interoperable solution aiming to enhance the MOD’s existing technology investment by providing an enhanced, all-source data analysis system for intelligence, surveillance and enforcement agencies across a global scale, with the findings supported by quantitative evidence.

Additionally, the innovative design, seamlessly segregating the data from the applications and automatically generating metadata, enabled ingest of that data into non-GIS applications; for example to produce information and visually accessible intelligent dashboards (proven in this instance using SharePoint and Tableau).

Today Rosoka Software, Inc. announced the release of Rosoka v.4.0, and launched two named user products to provide enhanced entity extraction utilizing new Web-based tools and analytics.
